I do-a July Wedding

I can't believe the big day has come and gone already! This past weekend, on July 2nd, my little sister got hitched, married! We had such a fun weekend and the summer wedding was bright and beautiful. The wedding took place at the gorgeous River Landing country club in Wallace, NC. It was a fun adventure for us to get away for the big day and Chris and I warmly joked it felt a lot like a destination wedding-destination Wallace! It was also a wonderful time to get together with family we don't see often, and some even met our little man for the very first time!

The festivities started off with a delicious rehearsal dinner at the Mad Boar Restaurant, sandwiched by lots of last minute wedding details and table cloth pinning. :-)

Evan was the happiest little man this weekend(besides the groom maybe) and was the apple of many a young girl's eye(plus grandma's and aunties of course)! Sam's fiance Ryan is one of 8, and all of his many sisters adored our sweet boy. He had so much fun over the whole weekend and was so good-I couldn't be a prouder mommy!

  

Saturday was spent with finishing touches, golfing, poolside fun, a parade of pictures and hairspray galore. The ceremony was at 5:30 and well, I'll let the pictures tell the rest.

Welcome to the family Ryan! We had a great time at the wedding and are so thankful to all those who made it a success(mom!). Samantha was a beautiful princess bride and we are so happy for the new Mr. and Mrs.! :-)
